Zoo-Expo - the Norwegian pet industry's own trade show - will take place next year for the 10th time. The large jubilee show will be held on 21-22 March in the Exporama trade fair centre just north of Oslo and is being organised by the Norwegian Pet Trade Association, NZB. Zoo-Expo was defined as a national show aimed at satisfying the interest of Norwegian retailers. The preferred exhibitors have always been manufacturers, importers and wholesalers that directly target the Norwegian market. Exhibitors from outside Norway are very welcome if they are already represented in the country or are aiming to sell directly to the Norwegian retail segment. Foreign manufacturers/exporters looking for import and wholesale representation are generally recommended to come as visitors, rather than to invest in a booth. At ZooExpo 2007 a total of 520 unique visitors were registered, representing 230 individual companies. The total number of exhibitors in 2007 was 29.
